Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients in the age group of 20 - 70 years Patients of ASA Grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI more than 40 kg m2 Pregnant, breastfeeding women Patients with preexisting neurological disorders or chronic pain syndromes Patients who had previous breast surgeries, radiotherapy Patients with previous surgeries to thoracic spine Patients with H/O allergy or severe adverse reactions to local anaesthetic agents were excluded
