Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet the following criteria 1.Male individuals aged 18 to 30 years 2.Body mass index between 18.5 and 24.9 kilograms per meter squared 3.Morning type individuals based on the Morningness Eveningness Questionnaire 4.Able to understand and follow instructions in English For trained group 1. University level athletes participating in football, basketball, hockey or volleyball 2. Minimum one year of continuous sports participation 3. Currently engaged in structured training at least two days per week For recreational group 1. Individuals engaged in physical activity for general fitness or recreation 2. Not involved in structured or competitive sports training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any injury affecting performance in the past six months. 2. Any injury causing absence from physical activity for more than two weeks. 3. Current musculoskeletal injury or pain. 4. Use of medication affecting physical performance or sleep. 5. Poor sleep quality based on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score greater than five. 6. Any medical condition that limits safe participation in physical activity.
