Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having Probing Pocket depth more than or equal to 6mm and clinical attachment loss more than or equal to 5mm Vertical defect depth more than or equal to 3mm Patient with three wall intrabony defect. Full mouth bleeding score and Full mouth plaque score less than 20 percent post 3 to 4 weeks of SRP. Subjects willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating females Tobacco in all forms Systemic diseases e.g diabetes and immunosuppression Bisphosphonate or anti resorptive therapy Acute endodontic lesions Furcation involvement Mobility more than grade 2 Allergies to study material Defects with a buccal or lingual extension. Teeth with root fracture and severe root irregularities
