Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students with age of 18-27 years. Students who use the android and IOS phones regularly for at least 3 years Both healthy male and female students. Students pursuing degree in university. Students with no major physical impairment that affect the involvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who had physical disability [which can affect the physical fitness assessment]. Have a recent history of injury within the past 6months Any use of medications. Student engaged in regular competitive sports training Students with documented conditions such as cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological and metabolic conditions
