Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between 25 and 40 years. 2. Duration of Symptoms: Chronic or recurrent headache lasting 3 or more months. 3. Unilateral headache triggered or aggravated by neck movement or sustained posture. 4. Self-reported reduction in daily activities due to headache. 5. Stability: Medically stable with no acute neurological deficits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cervical spine canal stenosis, neurological disorders, or a history of malignancy. 2. History of whiplash injury within the last six weeks or cervical/thoracic spine fractures. 3. Prior cervico-thoracic surgeries. 4. Patients diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), cervical rib anomalies, or non-cervicogenic headaches
