Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of any gender, between age 20 to 50 years. II) BMI between 25 to 34.9 kg/m2. III) Patients having signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. IV) Primary obesity (E66.0 of ICD-10 criteria) IV) patient is fit for basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Patient not fit for Basti karma. Anorectal disease like fistula fissure) 1) Patients diagnosed with carcinoma, tuberculosis, HIV positive or any other life threatening condition. iii) Pregnant and lactating women. iv) Drug induced obesity like steroids and antipsychotic drugs.
