Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with breast cancer post mastectomy within 2 to 8 weeks Age between 18 and 70 years Presence of shoulder dysfunction MMSE score 24 or more Able to follow instructions Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic disease or unstable medical condition Severe post operative complications Vestibular disorders or seizures Claustrophobia or intolerance to virtual reality Skin conditions preventing use of VR

MeasureTime frame
1. Pain severity VAS ( visual analogue scale ) 2.Shoulder Range of Motion (ROM) Measured using goniometer. Flexion, abduction and external rotation 3.Muscle Strength measured by MMT or handheld dynamometer. 4.Fear of Movement (Kinesiophobia) Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia. 5.Upper Limb Function QuickDASH score (Disabilities of Arm, Shoulder and Hand) Timepoint: Baseline 0 weeks 4 weeks follow up 8 weeks
