Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 21 to 45 years BMI 23 to 28 kg per meter sauare Fasting glucose 4 to 6 mmol per L SBP 90 to 140 mmHg DBP 60 to 90 mmHg Willing to provide written informed consent 12 hour overnight fas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged below 21 and above 45 Diabetes mellitus Thyroid or significant gastrointestinal disease Pregnancy or lactation Use of lipid-lowering or weight-loss medications Known allergy to coconut, MCT, or excipients Alcohol misuse Smoking more than 5 cigarettes per day Participation in another clinical trial within 30 days
