Intervention1: Slim V shaped minimally invasive frenectomy group: Participants in this group will undergo frenectomy using the slim V shaped minimally invasive technique. Two narrow V-shaped incisions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age ranges from 18 to 45 years High labial frenal attachment Good systemic health No periodontal treatment received in last 3 months Good oral hygiene at time of surgery Willingness and ability to complete the clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic conditions affecting healing Individuals with smoking and other tobacco related habits Pregnant or lactating females Medication induced gingival enlargement Patients with any uncontrolled systemic disease which may influence gingival health Previous frenectomy Any physical limitations or restrictions that could impede normal oral hygiene procedures
