Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy college going students aged between 18-30 year irrespective of gender, caste and religion. Individuals willing to give written consent for participation in the proposed research work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed systemic & psychological illness. Individuals undergoing any therapy or medication that affects mood or cognition. Any other factor which may jeopardize the result of the study.
