Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton Pregnancy gestational age 37 to 39 weeks who give consent to Participate in Study No Known abnormality in prior USG No History of Maternal psychiatric disorder Substance Use or High Risk Pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple Gestation Known Fetal Structural or Chromosomal Anomaly Maternal Hearing Impairment or inability to tolerate stimuli Any contradiction to ultrasound or abnormal Sound Exposure

Positive responses music expected in normal fetus are smile on face that is lip corner elevation mouth movements opening and tongue expulsion protrusion coordinated movements Negative response harsh tones face clinching grimacing brow lowering eye squeezing nasolabial furrow deepening mouth stretch absence suggest autism prone fetus or auditory processing issueTimepoint: Baseline at 37 to 39 weeks and post delivery within 48 hours of birth for new born hearing screening at 1 month during immunization visit and between 6 to 12 months for early autism and developmental screening
