Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals aged 60 years and above. Both male and female participants. individuals with or without comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension or osteoarthritis Ability to ambulate independently with or without a walking aid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a Mini Mental State Examination score less than 24. Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting balance or gait such as stroke Parkinson disease peripheral neuropathy recent fracture or severe joint deformity. Individuals with severe visual or vestibular impairments. History of surgery within the past six months.

Mini-Balance Evaluation Systems Test. Activities specific balance confidence scale.Timepoint: At baseline and at the end of the intervention period for each group, that is on 3rd day for Group A, on 5th day for Group B, and on 10th day for Group C.
