Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes in the age group of 18 to 75 years with second and or Third-degree IHs Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation & economic status. Medically cleared for local anesthesia onlt ASA-I will be taken up for procedure Provided informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone prior hemorrhoid treatment or surgery within the last Six months. Patients with acute infections (HIV I & II) uncontrolled diabetic patients Anemia Coagulation issues (BT, CT) Pregnant women or women on their menstrual cycle Individuals suffering from serious systemic illnesses, such as cancer or cardiovascular disease, not falling into the high-risk patient as per the ASA Grading Other perineal disorders, e.g., anal fissure, anal fistula, and external hemorrhoids etc.
