Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI (normal range 18.5-24.9 kgm ) Non-smokers No history of any communicable diseases Not involved in any sports activities or in any structured exercise program since last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any comorbidities like Diabetes mellitus, obesity, Thyroid, myocardial Infarction Any other documented history of cardiopulmonary disorders, musculoskeletal disorder, neurological disorder Any person with presented medication that will affect the outcome of the study will be excluded Pregnant or lactating women
