Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University-Level Male Athletes Individuals who have been actively participating in sports for at least the past 2 years No history of lower limb injury or surgery in the past 6 12 months When the leg dominance is clearly defined

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any major Fracture Recent history of ankle sprain (2-3 weeks) Surgical disease in the lower limb Any Cardiac and respiratory disorders Any Neurological disorder Any Musculoskeletal injury currently affecting the lower limb History of taking drugs, medications or supplements Any systemic illness at the time of training If an Athlete uses assistive devices like braces
