Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (18 years-70 years) diagnosed with cancer. 2. Patients to receive either Pharmacological (e.g., WHO analgesic step ladder) or Interventional pain management. (e.g. sympathectomy, nerve blocks,epidural, intrathecal infusions,) pain management. 3. Patients with documented cancer diagnosis (any type/stage). 4. Able to provide informed consent. 5. Haemodynamically Stable medical condition allowing followup.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness that affects pain Reporting.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in pain intensity will be measure by NRS(0-10) at time specific outcome baseline,1 week,1 month, 3month.Timepoint: Change in pain intensity will be measure by NRS(0-10) at baseline,1 week,1 month, 3month.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in functional status & Quality of life will be measured by EORTC QLQ-C30 scale. Incidence of adverse effects or complications related to pain therapy.Timepoint: Time outcome at baseline,1 week & 4 week
