Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Student athletes aged between 18 to 25 years Actively participating in sports along with academic activities Both male and female participants Able to comprehend English Participants are willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent surgery or acute musculoskeletal injury Individuals with neurological or psychiatric disorders Participants with chronic medical conditions affecting sleep or fatigue Participants currently undergoing treatment affecting study variables Participants unwilling to participate
