Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .1. Subjects diagnosed with obesity as per WHO criteria. 2. Subjects between the age of 18 and 60 years. 3. Subjects of either gender, irrespective of socioeconomic status. 4. Subjects willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of renal, cardiovascular (including IHD), hypothyroidism, carcinoma. 2. Genetic problems like Down syndrome. 3. Subjects taking steroids for any other diseases. 4. Women who are Pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study. 5. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus & Hypertension.
