Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants satisfying ACR/EULAR criteria for Rheumatoid arthritis (Total score greater than or equal to 6) aged 20- 60 year of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Participants with major systemic illness like cardiac disease, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, high lipid profile kidney disease, malignancy b) Those who have undergone surgical treatment in affected joints c) Snehapana ayogas,and Virechana ayogas as per classics
