Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female of reproductive age between 18 to 25 years, Nulliparous Women, suffering from symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea within recent 3 consecutive cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Secondary Dysmenorrhea. Diagnosed cases of HIV, carcinoma, diabetes mellitus, hypertension other metabolic disorders. Any congenital anomalies of spine, fracture of spine, neoplastic condition of spine, Tuberculosis of spine.
