Intervention1: Experimental group: -Video-assisted teaching for 30 minutes per session, three times a week for a period of 8 weeks. -Physical activity monitoring logbook -Emotional well-being exercise

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women who has -BMI more than 30 -aged between 20 to 40 years -able to communicate in tamil -resides in rural area -provides informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult women who -Have chronic medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, CVD) -Who have physical disability and emotionally unstable. -Are Lactating mothers -Are currently under any weight loss measures or intervention. -Are under medical treatment

Physical Activity is considered as the primary outcome which is being measured based on frequency, duration and intensity of physical activity following nurse led intervention.Timepoint: 8 weeks
