Intervention1: Dr Balachandra S Ankad
: Spinosad 0.9% topical suspension is applied topically over the entire body (neck down
include scalp in infants/elderly), used as a single application left on for 6 8 hours (overnight) and then washed off
the dose is sufficient to cover all skin, frequency is once with a possible repeat after 7 days if needed, and total duration is usually 1 2 weeks.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically confirmed scabies patients willing to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with scabies complicated by secondary bacterial infection children below six months of age
