Intervention1: pulpectomy with neoendo pedoflex and kids e rainbow rotary files in deciduous molars: volumetric changes pre operative and post operative in canal by newer rotary files neoendo pedoflex

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between 4-8 years of age were included. 2. The children having primary maxillary and/or mandibular molars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis or necrotic pulp requiring single visit pulpectomy treatment. 3. The primary molar teeth with minimum 2/3rd of radiographic root length present. 4. No prior pulpectomy treatment initiated on the involved tooth. 5. Children classified as positive (+) and definitely positive (++) according to Frankl Behaviour Rating Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with any systemic condition, mental and physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, autism etc. 2. Teeth with inadequate tooth structure for restoration, perforated pulpal floor, swelling (intraoral or extraoral), sinus tract, pathologic root resorption and excessive mobility. 3. Teeth with more than 2/3rd of root length resorbed. 4. Teeth with anatomical variations like number of roots, root morphology (root anomalies)

(1)To evaluate Obturation quality and canal volumetric changes in primary maxillary and mandibular molars after chemo mechanical preparation with NeoEndo Pedoflex files , kids e rainbow files and Hand K files according to modified Coll and Sadrian criteria. 2. To evaluate post operative pain in primary maxillary and mandibular molars after chemo mechanical preparation with NeoEndo Pedoflex files , kids e rainbow files and Hand K files according to Wong Baker s FACES Pain Rating Scale. Timepoint: after 24 hours post operative pain
