Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CKD stages 3-5 (eGFR and clinical reports) showing progression in the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute kidney injury, on dialysis, systematic infection, autoimmune/malignant disease, recent hospitalization or antibiotics/probiotics (past 4 week), lower GI disorder and pregnancy/lactation
