Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Head injury patients who are admitted for more than 48 hours and getting discharged. 2.Age between 18 to 65 years 3.Able to provide informed consent or availability of authorized representative to provide consent. 4.Willing to participate in study 5.Can communicate in Hindi and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are hemodynamically unstable 2.Patients with pre existing neurological disorder 3.Refused to follow up
