Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals with mild to full neck disability on Neck Disability Index, individuals with forward head posture with craniovertebral angle more than 48, smartphone addiction with a score of more than 32 on Smart Phone Addiction Scale- short version

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Congenital, traumatic, and surgical conditions of cervical, thoracic spine, and shoulder that alter the Neck-shoulder complex, Radiculopathy, Torticollis, Scoliosis, Malignancies, Pregnancy,Diagnosed disc prolapse, Unable to perform test, Diagnosed comorbidities, Involved in a regular physical exercise regime, e.g., sports and gymnasium, Smokers, Obesity with BMI more than 30.
