Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 month to 18 years admitted with signs and symptoms suggestive of community acquired pneumonia such as fever cough tachypnea chest indrawing or respiratory distress. Informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hospital acquired pneumonia. Known chronic lung diseases such as bronchiectasis or cystic fibrosis. Hemodynamically unstable patients not fit for imaging. Patients with incomplete clinical or imaging data.
