Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above with available electronic medical records including clinical evaluation laboratory parameters and echocardiographic data Patients with documented diagnosis of heart failure or without heart failure Patients with complete data required for HiFi AI model analysis including blood pressure hemoglobin renal function parameters white blood cell count platelet count albumin and red cell distribution width Patients with available follow up data or documented survival status at one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete or missing clinical laboratory or echocardiographic data required for analysis Patients without available follow up data or unknown survival status at one year Duplicate patient records or repeated hospital entries during the study period Patients aged less than 18 years
