Inclusion criteria: Patients of all age group undergoing emergency laparotomy. Patients who underwent Emergency laparotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparotomy. Patients undergoing laparotomy for Gynecological and obstetrical emergencies Re-operations for complications of a prior elective surgery Patients undergoing laparotomy for isolated solid organ injury.

To determine the postoperative outcomes of emergency laparotomy, including morbidity, mortality, length of hospital stay, and ICU admission. 4. To identify independent predictors of postoperative morbidity and mortality using MPI score, laboratory, and perioperative data.Timepoint: 2 Years	—
