Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The individuals between the age of 20 to 60 years 2 Patient having at least 15 functional teeth 3 Periodontal pocket depth more 5 mm 4 Clinical attachment level less than 4mm 5 Radiographic evidence of intrabony defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Systemically compromised patients 2 Patient who are on medication that could interfere with wound healing 3 Patients with grade III mobility 4 Patients with oral adverse habits 5 Pregnant and lactating females Patient who have undergone periodontal treatment within a period of 6 to12 months
