Inclusion criteria: BMI 23 24 9 Kg m2 Participants who are willing to take part in the research Participants who are fulfilling the criteria of PAR Q

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults with cardiorespiratory conditions e g asthma chest discomfort Adults with severe mental health conditions e g severe depression anxiety or cognitive impairment Adults with previous history of any abdominal surgery Adults with any neurological conditions Adults with any musculoskeletal conditions Active smokers
