Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases fulfilling the working case definition criteria 2. Females Age group between 28-45 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Haemoglobin less than 8gm%. 2.Haemodynamically unstable patients. 3.Pregnancy and lactation. 4.Women using IUCD/OCP. 5.Postmenopausal women. 6.Uterine fibroid size less than 2cm and more than 8cm. 7.Known cases of malignancy. 8.Patients with severe systemic disease like hypertension, diabetes mellitus. 9.Patients having thyroid dysfunction with TSH less than 0.5 mIU/ml and more than 5mIU/ml. 10.Other uterine diseases presenting with abnormal uterine bleeding. 11.Complications of fibroid like torsion and acute urinary retention.
