Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the age group 15-35 years of both sexes 2.Patients with diagnosed cases of acne satisfying the working case definition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dermatological diseases other than acne. 2.Patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome. 3.Patients who have taken antibiotics or steroids recently. 4.Patients taking drugs which induces acne like Lithium, Isoniazid, Phenytoin etc. 5.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 6.Patients with known cases of autoimmune diseases, epileptic seizures and systemic diseases. 7.Patients with known case of malignancy.
