Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of age group 30-65 years irrespective of their gender and socio-economic status. 2. Subjects having pain as per ICD 11 classification for Knee OA in at least one knee joint. 3. Subjects satisfying Kellegren and Lawrence assessment of OA with Grade 1-2 4.Subjects agreeing to provide written informed consent and to follow the protocol of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with acute joint trauma, fractured joints and recurrent dislocation. 2.Surgical intervention in reference to the affected joint. 3.Pregnancy and lactating mothers. 4.Subjects having Ama lakshana. 5. Subjects with Inflammatory Conditions.
