Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Respiratory rate more than 25 Use of accessory muscle Spo2 less than 90 percentage on room air or less than 92 % on supplementary oxygen ABG pH less than 7 35 PaCo2 more than 45mmhg PaO2 less than 60mmhg GCS score More than 13
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Do not resuscitate Severe acidemia Need for immediate airway protection Poor secretion clearance
