Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 18-year-old and above 2.Both eyes with a central corneal thickness within more than or equal to 500 m and less than or equal to 600 m 3. Unilateral or bilateral eye diagnosed with open angle glaucoma or closed-angle glaucoma, or ocular hypertension or glaucoma suspect or other optic nerve diseases 4.Able to understand, sign and complete the informed consent; able to understand the study requirements; and willing to follow study instructions. 5.Patient should own a personal computer with a webcam and internet connectivity, to run the Peripherex software application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Advanced stage of glaucoma 2.Condition contributing the visual field loss, such as cataract, corneal opacification, ptosis, or dermatochalasis. 3.Other Ocular complication including infective keratitis, retinal vascular occlusions and, retinal detachment. 4.Other ocular or central nervous system diseases that, in the opinion of the investigator, would contribute to eye movement disorders, such as nystagmus, concussion, traumatic brain injury, orbital inflammatory or thyroid eye disease. 5.A known history of uveitis and / or viral infection. 6.Women of childbearing potential who are not surgically sterilized, not using adequate contraception, planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding. 7. Any other abnormality presenting accurate assessment and / or clinically significant ocular disease, which could potentially deteriorate during the study such as reliable applanation tonometry measurement, visual field assessment, fundus examination.
