Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed cases of arsha based on classical signs and symptoms. Willing to participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of anal fissure, fistula-in-Ano, or other anorectal diseases. 2)Thrombosed piles. 3)Bleeding piles. 4)Uncontrolled systemic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). 5)Pregnant women. 6)History of hypersensitivity to herbal preparations.
