Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female children. Delay in milestones. Delay in intellectual and cognitive functional development. Abnormal muscle tone and reflexes. Spastic cerebral palsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children above 12 years. Patient with severe seizure disorder. Patients with severe serious illnesses. Autism spectrum disorders. Mixed type of cerebral palsy. Ataxic/Dyskinetic/Athetoid/Choreoathetoid/Dystonic.

MeasureTime frame
The prognosis will be given on the basis of evaluation of sensory functions connecting parameters such as visual, hearing and vocal in GMFCS, language, cognitive, socioemotional and behavior skills and improvement in motor parameter such as spasticity, muscle tone, GMFCS, gait, stiffness in the joints and fine motor functions of the upper limb. This study will help to understand the effects of Inji chooranam and as internal medicine and Aayil ennaias external therapy in management of Sirakambavatham in children.Timepoint: 48 days
