Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people staying in selected old age homes. Willing to participate in the study and are present during the study Those who can understand and speak odiya or english.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with hemiplegia Elderly people with leg amputation. Elderly people with neurological problems like parkinsonism, peripheral neuropathy. Elderly people with cardiovascular problems like myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease. Elderly people with osteoarthritis.
