Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis according to ACR/EULAR criteria Grade II. 2. Clinical involvement of ankle and/or foot joints. 3. Y Balance Test (Mild to Moderate) 4. Mild to moderate disease activity (clinically stable). 5. Ability to ambulate independently (without an assistive device). 6. Stable medical management for at least 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute RA flare at the time of assessment 2. Severe joint deformities requiring surgical intervention 3. History of ankle or foot surgery 4. Open wounds, skin infections, or active ulcers 5. Severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions contraindicate hydrotherapy 6. Neurological disorders affecting balance or gait 7. Pregnancy 8. Fear of water or inability to tolerate pool environment 9. Patients diagnosed with OA knee 10. Any recent surgeries in the last 6 months
