Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed ABO or Rh incompatibility based on maternal and neonatal blood grouping. Neonates with clinical jaundice or anemia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonates with other associated conditions like sepsis, G6PD deficiency, liver disease that can lead to jaundice. Cases with incomplete data or parents or guardians who are not willing to give consent.

| ABO incompatibility was more commonly observed than RH incompatibility among neonates. A significant proportion of affected neonates developed hyperbilirubinemia with many requiring phototherapy and a few requiring exchange transfusion. Some neonates also developed anemia.
