Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced cancer newly referred for Specialized Palliative Care to Palliative Medicine OPD. 2. Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients that were vitally unstable at the time of new referral and need urgent medical care and those referred directly to casualty. 2. Data obtained from incomplete medical records
