Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impacted mandibular third molar 2. Patients of both sexes aged between 20-50 years 3. Presence of second molar adjacent to the impacted third molar 4. Co-operative motivated patients with good oral hygiene. 5. Healthy patients with no systemic disease. 6. Patients who agreed to be a part of study protocol and submit a written informed consent for the same.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 20 years and over 50 years 2. With history of systemic conditions or on drugs that contraindicate surgical procedure. 3. Craniofacial syndrome or anomaly. 4. Patients with platelet disorders or any other blood dyscrasias. 5. Presence of any pathological lesions in the molar area such as cyst and tumors 6. Trauma/ pathology in relation to impacted mandibular third molar 7. Third molars without root completion
