Intervention1: 0.1 percent tretinoin: This is comparator agent. 0.1 percent tretinoin cream is applied over lesions once daily at night for 3 months or till resolution of lesions, whichever is earlie

Inclusion criteria: number of lesions- 5-50 Patients or guardians willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known hypersensitivity to potassium hydroxide or tretinoin Patients with secondary bacterial infections Pregnant or lactating woman
