Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the postoperative pain using VAS score in patients with or without tourniquetTimepoint: At Postoperative ward

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 To know the relation between duration of tourniquet application & its effect on postoperative pain 2 To assess the relation between tourniquet pressure & its influence on the post operative pain 3 To assess the hemodynamics after the deflation of tourniquet for first 30 min 4 To assess the total requirement of analgesics in first 24 hours in the postoperative period in both the groupTimepoint: At Base line parameters & At after deflation immediately & At 5 mins At 10 mins At 15 mins At 20 mins At 25 mins And At 30 min
