Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consecutive, consenting patients undergoing TKR in the department of Orthopaedics, KMC Manipal, who have been administered LIA intra-operatively
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision TKR surgery 2. Patients with dementia 3. Bilateral TKR surgery 4. Diabetic neuropathy

Primary outcome was measured by VAS calculated pre and post operatively.Timepoint: Post operative pain score will be calculated with VAS from post-operative day 0 to post operative day 4. Correlation of postoperative pain scores with severity of knee osteoarthritis 5. Correlation of postoperative pain score (VAS) with knee range of motion Timepoint: These outcomes will be measured during the immediate post operative period from Day-0 to Day-4.
