Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged eighteen to thirty-five years 2. General Health Questionnaire twelve with a normal score 3. Regular practice of yoga or pranayama for a minimum of six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are unable to fold the tongue into a tubular shape during the practice of Sitali will be excluded. 2. Individuals with cognitive or neurological disorders, respiratory or cardiac disorders, or sensory abnormalities will be excluded, particularly those with nasal defects, allergic rhinitis, or nasal allergy. 3. Individuals with a history of drug use, alcohol consumption, or exposure to chemicals that may influence psycho-physiological responses will be excluded. 4. Participants currently taking medications that affect cognitive or autonomic functions will be excluded, including non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, anticholinergic medications, and anticonvulsants. 5. Participants who have undergone any surgical intervention within the past six months will be excluded.
