Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls aged 10-18 BMI less than 18.5 kg/m Willing to participate and give follow up regularly Signed informed consent No ongoing treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Girls with systemic illness like tuberculosis, congenital diseases or gastrointestinal malabsorption syndrome Hormonal imbalance Known psychiatric condition Chronic infections Serological positive / Immunosuppressive patient
