Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.subjects presenting with signs and symptoms of manyastambha 2.subjects with age between 25 to 50 years irrespective of gender 3.subjects who are fit for nasya karma and able to perform yoga 4,subjects who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects having traumatic injury of cervical spine 2.subjects with cervical myelopathy,cervical radiculopathy 3.subjects with severe pain and stiffness in cervical region 4.subjects with major systemic disorder that may interfere with the course of treatment 5.pregnant women and lactating mothers
