Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18 35 years Clinical diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) with Rotterdam criteria 2 Nulliparous women Not currently pregnant at the time of study Not taking medications that affect musculoskeletal function Able to walk independently without assistive devices Willing and able to provide written informed consent and participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current or previous pregnancy Lower-limb or spine surgery in last 6 months Neurological disorders affecting gait Acute musculoskeletal pain limiting walking Vascular disease Other endocrine disorders Patients who are not interested Cognitive or communication impairment Musculoskeletal disorder that affects the posture and gait
